The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of interim order dated 02.11.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No. 28379 of 2018.

COCP No.1697 of 2019 -2Saharan, Executive Engineer, Siwani Water Services Division, Bhiwani, states that outstanding salary of the petitioner till June, 2019 has been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in absence of instructions, is not able to rebut the statement made. The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law, if any discrepancy is found in statement made in the Court.
