(ORAL) The petitioner (Poonam), by filing the present petition, is seeking grant of temporary release / parole under Section 3 (1) (C) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoner (Temporary Release) Act, 1988, for carrying out agricultural purposes, as also for setting aside the order 16.04.2020 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Hisar, whereby such relief has been declined.

The petitioner stands convicted and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment without remission in case FIR No. 429, dated 19.11.2014, for offences under Sections 302/343/120-B/34 of IPC, Police Station Barwala, vide judgment dated 16.10.2018 passed learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar.
