The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 06.04.2023 (Annexure P-14) and order dated 31.01.2023 whereby the petitioner has been declared medically unfit for selection in NDA.

The petitioner was declared unfit for appointment on the medical grounds by Medical Board and he preferred an appeal and Appellate Medical Board also found him unfit for the job. The petitioner made further prayer for Review Medical Board 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that request of the petitioner for examination by Review Medical Board was PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.07.05 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-9536 of 2023 -2- 2023:PHHC:084087 acceded to and he was subjected to medical examination by Review Medical Board which has found the petitioner fit for the job. The petitioner has joined the force, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

In view of statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
