RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.107 dated 12.03.2016 registered under Sections 346, 365 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajpal, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of filing of untraced report on 26.09.2016 in the aforesaid FIR. Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
