As per allegations the petitioner alongwith his other coaccused encircled the complainant-Raju, riding on motorcycle and demanded money for taking drinks. On refusing to pay they inflicted injuries upon him and also forcibly took Rs.5000/- from his purse. At the outset,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
