After receiving instructions from ASI Narinder Singh, Police Station, Urban Estate, Rohtak learned State counsel has made statement that the Police has received a complaint on 2.8.2015 from the petitioner Rajbir Singh in which prima facie allegations were levelled against certain persons and cognizable offence was made out but till date nothing has transpired.
