-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.32 dated 14.5.2021 registered under Sections 379-B/34 IPC at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of order dated 5.7.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

State counsel on instructions from SI Mehnga Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.09.28 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-24112-2022 further submits that after completion of investigation, police has presented challan against the accused persons including the petitioner. State counsel further submits that petitioner who has associated with the investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 5.7.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
