After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib-respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law within two months of presentation of the certified copy of this order.
