RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to decide representation dated 23.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner for conclusion of investigation in case FIR No.123 dated 02.09.2014 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 12 of the Passports Act, 1967 at Police Station B. Division, District Amritsar City, Amritsar, in a time-bound manner.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that investigation in the aforesaid FIR has been concluded and final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. would be filed by the police in Court within four weeks.
