In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to the respondents to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No. 97 dated 22.07.2017 (Annexure P-8), registered under Sections 279, 304A and 427 IPC at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if representation dated 25.07.2017 (Annexure P-9) filed by the petitioners is ordered to be looked into by respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka. 3.
In view of the above, respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, is directed to look into the representation Annexure P-9 of the petitioners fairly and afford an opportunity of hearing to them. 4.
