**** JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. Learned State counsel informs that speaking order dated 18.09.2020 (Annexure R-2/1) in pursuance of the directions dated 01.07.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP-8833-2020 has been issued by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Health Department, Chandigarh, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected and the present petition has been rendered infructuous. The petitioner is free to assail the order dated 18.09.2020 (Annexure R-2/1) passed by the respondents on the representation dated 02.07.2020 (Annexure P-2).

Disposed of in the above terms.
