The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to direct the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in the case FIR No.199 dated 04.06.2023 registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120-B IPC and Section 13 Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014 at Police Station City Faridkot, District Faridkot (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned State counsel submits that two accused persons namely Isha Singla and Arshdeep Singh have been arrested and have been admitted to bail. He further contends that the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. shall be presented against them within a period of two months from today. He further contends that the accused namely Deepak Sharma and Shika Sharma co-accused are yet to be arrested and every effort is being made to arrest them. In case the other accused persons are not arrested within a period of one month from today, the State of Punjab shall initiate proceedings against them to get them declared as proclaimed persons and also to get their properties attached.
