Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the impugned summoning order, dated 30.11.2023, passed by learned JMIC, Hoshiarpur, vide which the application filed by the complainant/respondent No.2 under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has been allowed and the present petitioner has been ordered to be summoned as an additional accused to face trial under Section 420 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
