(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.504 dated 10.10.2017 under Sections 323, 353, 186, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 3(1) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Civil Lines, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 13, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 13, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
