RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents no.6 to 9 with a further direction to protect the land and property of the petitioner from respondents no.6 to 9.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 22.03.2023, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Fazilka, to look into the representation, MEENU 2023.05.08 15:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
