CRM-M-42611-2015 Through this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.63 dated 18.04.2015, registered under Sections 406, 420, 364, 368 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Mehtapur, District Jalandhar, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. CRM-M-42611-2015 (O&M) -2At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the directions are issued to the learned trial Court, to conclude the trial within a stipulated period of time.
Learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondent No.2 have no objection to the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
