This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members as the petitioner and her family members have apprehension of their false implication in some criminal case.

Heard.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that representation dated 06.01.2016 (Annexure P-3), moved to respondents No.2 to 4, by the petitioner be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition. In view of above, respondent No.3/Superintendent of Police, Panipat, is directed to look into the said representation (Annexure P-3) and pass appropriate order within 2 months after receiving copy of this order, as per law.
