Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner laying challenge to the order dated 13.10.2022 (Annexure P/6) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur (in the Civil Appeal (i.e. CMA-40-2022); whereby the application filed by the petitioner for staying implementation of the judgment and decree dated 30.04.2013 (Annexure P/2) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Batala, has been dismissed. 2.

Learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. Arshjot S. Mohi, Advocate appearing for the petitioner has acknowledged that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the impugned civil appeal (i.e. CMA-40-2022) stands decided by the learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur vide judgment & decree dated 15.12.2025. It is accordingly prayed that the present petition be disposed of, as such.
