This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 247 dated 26.09.2017 under sections 324, 323, 506, 148, 149, 427 IPC and later on added section 307 IPC at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 13, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 13, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
