This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 181 dated 14.09.2014 under Sections 498-A, 406 & 506 IPC at Police Station Chhachhrauli, district Yamunanagar.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Jilee Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 15.12.2014, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 15.12.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Amount of `20,000/- deposited in the registry by the petitioner be remitted to respondent no. 2-complainant by way of a demanddraft. Disposed of.
