*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and no recovery has since been effected from him. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh. He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the police.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 21.11.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
