(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.57 dated 31.08.2011 registered under Section 302/34 IPC at Police Station Mukandpur, District SBS Nagar. According to the prosecution, petitioner set ablaze her sister-in-law, who succumbed to her burn injuries. Heard.

Considering the seriousness of allegations, petitioner does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
