**** Learned counsel prays that the order dated 09.04.2019 needs to be modified. It has been pointed that two cases i.e. CWP-27419-2017 and CWP-29296-2017 were disposed of together. However, order passed in the case titled as 'Inspector Jagbir Singh versus State of Punjab and another' had to be passed in the case of Inspector Nirmal Singh's case and vice versa. Notice of the review application to learned State counsel. On the asking of the court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. She submits that she does not dispute this fact.

In view of the above, review applications are disposed of. Necessary correction be carried out.
