Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 of IPC at Police Station, Baldev Nagar, Ambala vide F.I.R No. 342 dated 29.8.2014.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI-Om Parkash, who is present in court, submits that pursuant to order dated 15.12.2014 , petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 15.12.2014 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
