**** JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. Learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of the order dated 21.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP-1628-2019 speaking order dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure R-1) has been passed by the Director State Transport, Haryana, Chandigarh whereby the claim of the petitioners has been rejected.

In case, the petitioners are not satisfied with the order dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure R-1) passed by the respondent, they shall be at liberty to assail the same, if so advised, as per law. Disposed of accordingly.
