Mr. Piyush Sharma, Advocate for the complainant. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in these petitions is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.77 dated 22.04.2017 registered under Sections 307, 452, 323, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 336 and 506 IPC added later) and 25/27/54 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in pursuance to the orders dated 13.11.2017 and 17.11.2017, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, has submitted that it is a case of version and cross-version and after the investigation in both the cases, Sections 307 and 452 IPC have Mohd. CRM-M Nos. 42693 and 43688 of 2017 been deleted and now the FIR is registered under Sections 323, 148, 149, 336, 506 IPC and 25/27/54 of the Arms Act. It is further submitted that the petitioners are no more required for any further investigation. The aforesaid facts are also not disputed by counsel for the complainant.

In view of the above, the petitions are allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide orders dated 13.11.2017 and 17.11.2017 are made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
