(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 331 dated 23.04.2016 (Annexure P-2) registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station City Gurgaon. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court. On instructions, learned counsel for the State does not dispute aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 09.08.2022. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
