(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0001 03.01.2018 under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offcence Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 02.02.2018 :- "Counsel for the contends that the petitioner herein and the daughter of the complainant have solemnized marriage as would be evident from Annexure P-1 which is a marriage certificate. It is also contended that after solemnization of their marriage, they approached this Court by way of CRM-M-330-2018 seeking protection to their lives and liberty at the hands of the complainant. CRM-M-4426-2018 -2of the complainant has opted to go and live with her parents-in-law i.e. parents of the petitioner herein. Notice of motion for 18.05.2018.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Surinder Singh, confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioner.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 02.02.2018 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 18.05.2018 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
