(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 563 dated 01.10.2023 registered under Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 376 IPC. However, charges have been framed under Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 376(2)(n) of IPC, registered at Police Station Industrial Sector 29 Panipat, District Panipat (Annexure P-1).

Custody certificate dated 08.05.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
