**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in complaint bearing No. 414 of 1.10.2011/10.10.2011 titled "Intelligence Officer versus Balwinder Singh and others" filed under Section 21/23/25/27/28/29 and 60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confines her arguments to the extent that in the present case, the petitioner was arrested in the year 2016 and she would be satisfied if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The matter is pending before the trial Court since 2011 and the petitioner has been in custody for the last more than four years.
