*** This application for transfer of divorce petition titled 'Gurcharan Singh Vs. Manju' pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Ambala to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari has been filed by applicant Manju, aged about 34 years, wife of Gurcharan Singh-respondent, presently residing at Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari on account of matrimonial dispute with her husband the respondent.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant besides going through the record.

The divorce petition has been filed by Gurcharan Singhhusband against his wife Manju-present applicant arraying Monu and Nirmal as co-respondents levelling allegations that present applicant Manju is having illicit relations with Monu and Nirmal and is living in adultery. T.A. No. 511 of 2019 She used to send nude photographs to Monu and Nirmal through her mobile phone and she used to prepare videos and photographs with herself in nude condition.

Keeping in view such type of grave and serious allegations, in my considered view, no ground for acceptance of the present application is made out. The application stands dismissed accordingly. (H.S.
