The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered way back in the year 2015 i.e. in FIR No.186 dated 22.12.2015 registered at Police Station Ajnala, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar under Sections 307/148/149/120-B of Indian Penal Code read with Section 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act.

This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed on behalf of the petitioner. The first one had been duly considered by this Court as would be evident from order dated 10.8.2016, which reads as follows: "Heard learned counsel for the rival parties and perused the order dated 11.07.2016 made by this Court granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

( 2 ) CRM-M-26201-2021 (O&M) Petition qua petitioner No.1-Amanjit Singh @ Aman stands dismissed and he be arrested.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer. In that view of the matter, the interim order dated 11.07.2016 granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute qua petitioners No.2 to 4.

Petition stands disposed of, accordingly."

Keeping in view the aforesaid fact that this is the second anticipatory bail petition and there is no substantial change in circumstances, this Court does not find any ground for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition, as such, is dismissed.
