(Oral) CRM-10464-2024 The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicants/petitioners seeking stay of further proceedings in case bearing No.CHI/01/2024 titled 'State Versus Rajpal etc.', which is pending before the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Safidon. Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, however, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the main case itself with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage and that the main case, which is stated to be fixed for 24.7.2024 may be preponed.
