(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to file final report in terms of Section 173 CrPC in relation to FIR No.126 dated 10.09.2013 registered under Sections 307, 452, 323, 427, 148 and 149 of IPC at P.S. Model Town, District Hoshiarpur.

Upon advance notice, Mr. Athar Ahmed, DAG, Punjab informs that the investigation is going to be concluded within a period of two weeks from today and final report shall be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate within a week thereafter.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of and the final report in the aforementioned FIR shall be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the same is not done, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of present petition by moving an application in this regard with advance copy thereof to respondents.
