This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of order dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by ld. Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Phul, Bathinda whereby bail order and personal bond of the petitioner has been cancelled and forfeited to the State and nonbailable warrants of arrest have been issued against the petitioner in FIR No. 94 dated 20.08.2024 under Section 13(A)/3/67 of the Gambling Act, 1867 registered at Police Station City Rampura District Bathinda, Punjab. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the Courts below on 17.10.2025 as he noted the wrong date of hearing. As such the learned trial Court cancelled the bail orders of the petitioner and his bail bonds and personal bonds stand cancelled and were ordered to be forfeited to the State and the petitioner was ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants of arrest. On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S.Pandher, Asst. A.G.Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. 5.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order dated dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by ld. Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Phul, Bathinda. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today at 10:00 A.M and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of two days. 7.
