In view of reply on behalf of the State filed in CRM-M-35903 of 2017, instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that cancellation report (Annexure R-1) annexed with the reply, has been prepared in the instant case and would be filed shortly in the Court. Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
