This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 861 dated 27.07.2017 under sections 195-A, 120-B, 506 IPC & Section 3 of SC & ST Act at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 21, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 21, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
