The learned counsel are ad idem that the parties to the lis have since compromised the matter. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-tenant, on instructions, states that the petitioner would vacate the premises in dispute within a period of one and a half years from today. Additionally, the entire arrears of rent would be cleared within a period of two months from today and, in the meanwhile, the future rent would be paid by the 7th of every month and the petitioner, subject to the above conditions, would withdraw the present revision petition. Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord states that the respondent-landlord has accepted the above terms and conditions and has agreed to grant time to the petitioner-tenant till 30.11.2024 to hand over the peaceful vacant possession of the premises in dispute subject to the entire arrears of rent being cleared within a period of two months from today and the future rent being paid by the 7th of every month. 3.

In view of the above statements made by the parties, the present revision petition is disposed off with the following directions : 4.

The petitioner herein shall file an undertaking before the Executing Court - (i) that the petitioner would hand over the peaceful vacant possession of the premises in dispute to the respondent-landlord on or before 30.11.2024; (ii) that the entire arrears of rent would be cleared/deposited before the Executing Court within a period of two months from today and, (iii) that the future rent for every month would be paid by the 7th of each month.
