**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of transit bail to the petitioners, in a case F.I.R not known dated not known, registered under Section 363/366 IPC, registered at Police Chowki Nagri Tehsil and District Kathua (J&K).

Petitioner No. 1 solemnized her marriage with petitioner No. 2 on 13.01.2017. Both were major and got protection from this Court vide CRM-M-1327 of 2017 on 18.01.2017 (P-1). But now parents of petitioner No. 1 are giving threats to the family of petitioner No. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the petition, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioners deserve protection against arrest but for a limited period of time so that they may appear before the Investigating Officer at Police Chowki Nagri Tehsil and District Kathua (J&K).

CRM-M-4276 of 2016 either by the Punjab Police or by the UT, Chandigarh Police or even by the Jammu and Kashmir police upto 10.03.2017. However, they shall present themselves before the Investigating Officer at Police Chowki Nagri Tehsil and District Kathua (J&K) for investigation. The petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to approach the concerned Court at Kathua (J&K) for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
