The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.206 dated 18.04.2015, registered under Sections 302, 392 IPC and 25 Arms Act Police Station Sadar Palwal, District Palwal. Counsel for the petitioner contends that it was a blind murder and the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the only role given to him is that the SIM and mobile phone, used by the deceased, were recovered from the petitioner. It has also been urged that the FIR has been lodged after two days.
The state counsel informs that a disclosure statement was given by the petitioner which led to the recovery of the mobile phone used by the deceased and the trial is on. Four witnesses out of thirteen have already been examined.

The petitioner was arrested on 18.04.2015 the trial is going at a fast pace. Four PWs out of thirteen witnesses have already been examined. The allegations against the petitioner are serious. In view of the above no case for bail is made out. Accordingly the instant petition for regular bail is dismissed.
