On the instructions of ASI Nidhan Singh it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation but the petition has been opposed inter alia on the ground that the petitioner's husband is not traceable and that he has been declared a proclaimed offender. Taking into consideration the totality of the circumstances, I am of the opinion that the petitioner having joined the investigation, she can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, she will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that she will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
