RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this second petition under Section under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 18 dated 03.02.2019 (Annexure P-10) registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that police has prepared cancellation report in favour of the petitioners and the same shall be filed in the concerned Court, within 15 days from today. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. The State shall be bound by its undertaking.
