Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Hardeep Singh of Police Station, Talwandi Sabo, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the interim directions issued vide order, dated 16.12.2014, the petitioner did join the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required in the present case.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued vide order dated 16.12.2014 passed by this Court are made absolute.
