(Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurdev Singh apprise the Court that the cancellation report filed by the police in the present case was accepted by the Presiding Officer of National Lok Adalat vide order dated 10.7.2021 and the copy of the same is produced today. The State counsel submitted that in the light of aforesaid order the present petition be disposed of.

The counsel for the petitioner made prayer that he has no objection if the present petition is disposed of in the light of order dated 10.7.02021, which has been brought to the notice of the Court by the State counsel.

Ordered accordingly.
