H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) On a petition for maintenance filed by petitioner Afsana against her husband Naim, claiming monthly maintenance allowance @ Rs.20,000/-, she had moved an application for interim maintenance which was allowed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur Jhirka, granting interim maintenance to her @ Rs.2,500/- per month, assessing the income of the respondent as un-skilled labourer @ Rs.9,000/- per month. Even then the respondent is feeling aggrieved and has filed the present petition.

After hearing counsel for the petitioner and going through the record, I find that there is absolutely no infirmity in the impugned order. The monthly income of the respondent has rather been assessed at lower level than the prevalent one. There is absolutely no ground for interference in the matter.
