**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Iqbal Singh, submits that the Investigating Officer has prepared the cancellation report and it is pending for approval of higher authorities. As cancellation report was prepared, there was no question of arrest of respondent No.4. In view of statement of learned State counsel, the present petition has rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
