(Oral) Petitioner-Gursewak Singh @ Sheru has filed this petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.67 dated 02.11.2024 under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023 (Sections 103 and 3(5) of BNS added later on, whereas Sections 191(3) and 190 of BNS were deleted), registered at Police Station Mehal Kalan, Barnala.

Allegation against the petitioner is of inflicting Gandasi blow on the head of the injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not press the instant petition for bail at this stage.
