***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that despite supply of the material and workdone to the satisfaction of the competent authority, payments have not been released to the petitioner. Petitioner has already filed numerous representations including representation dated 07.05.2022 before respondent No.5, but the same has also not been adhered to till date.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation dated 07.05.2022 is ordered to be decided by respondent No.5 in accordance with law at the earliest. Notice of motion.

CWP No.11805 of 2022 -2On the asking of the Court, Mr. C.L. Panwar, Sr. DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

This writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.5 to consider the pending representation dated 07.05.2022 and passed appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

If the claim of the petitioner is found to be acceptable, then the needful be done forthwith.
