**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.117 dated 29.05.2016, registered at Police Station Narwana City, District Jind, under Sections 307, 34, 341, 212, 216 and 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.
At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer, submits that the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide order dated 21.12.2022 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.
This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Dismissed as having become infructuous.
