Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.84 dated 30.10.2015, registered under Section 4982A IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 at Police Station Islamabad, Amritsar City, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 18.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.

Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
